Crisson Gold Mine is family owned and operated. The owners are Tony and Tammy Ray (and little daughter, Brianna).

   You can visit Crisson Gold Mine seven (7) days a week, rain or shine, any time of the year. This is  the first Gold Mine open to the public. This a Hard Rock mine We dig the quartz rock out ot the mine and crush it with our 125 year old stampmill. This is the only working stampmill in the State of GA. and 1 of two int the southeast. The crushed Quartz is then sold fresh or concentrated by our Trommels on site. We are full line dealers of keene Engeneering, Honcoop Highbankers Proline and White's Metal Detectors, and alot of other mining equipment.
